I am here today to sing the praises of TEMPT...a frozen treat made with hemp milk. I bought the one with coffee and biscotti and it is gluten free as well as dairy and soy free. It is the best frozen treat I have tried since I gave up all that I gave up. It isn't sugar free and I'm not perfect. LOL
