I went for bloodwork today and was asked if ate. I said I hadn't and then was asked if I had caffeine, to which I said, "Oh no, I have Hashimoto's disease and don't have caffeine." I was greeted with, "I have Hashimoto's too!" Well...the discussion was obviously pleasing to both of us...when you meet someone who understands, it is priceless.
Our meeting was meant to be...
