Just in time for the holidays...holly jolly make it up coffee cake.
I dumped two cups of Bob's Redmill biscuit and baking mix in an 8X8" baking pan. I added a cup of sugar, a little salt, a teaspoon of baking soda, then 2 tab. oil, tsp. vanilla, tsp. apple cider vinegar, and then a cup of water. I mixed it well and then put coarsely chopped pecans on the top and baked it in a 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
I feel blessed to have all my sons and granddaughters here...life is good.
