As much as I love blogging about my food intolerances I am starting a new blog in addition to this one...called RAIN...this one will feature poems and thoughts in general and not just about foods I can and cannot eat.
I remember that you said you rode a bicycle so that does count for something. I get on the floor for 10 or 15 minutes in the morning and stretch and do a few other simple moves, nothing strenuous but every little bit helps. And when I walk, I often walk pretty fast. But my favorite activity is curling up with a good read (when I am not on line). My next recipe attempt is a quinoa salad.
Lynn, Hey good for you...yes, I can't wait to get riding my bike again. Good luck with the salad. I have never gotten into quinoa...don't know why, I seem to get a bitter aftertaste...but it is supposed to be really good for you so YOU GO! HUGS

Good for you. I think that blogs can be good for the soul. I sometimes journal and also write down my exercise plans. It makes me stick to them!
Thank, Lynn. Exercise plans? What is that...LOL...good for you! HUGS
