Lovin' Coconut milk as my dairy free milk of choice, especially with Vanilla...great in spicy tea like Bengal Spice tea...chai latte, dairy and tea leaf free but just as delicious. HAPPY SIPPING!
We love coconut milk as well and hemp milk. I'm going to start making my own hemp milk this week, for the whole family.
My 3-year-old son had severe eczema until he was diagnosed with food allergies a few months back. I have a blog that shares our family’s battles with eczema, allergies, and asthma (yes, lucky guy has that too).
I think the key is to learn from one another, so the more information out there to the masses, the better. With this in mind I’ve started a blog hop for anyone dealing with allergies, eczema, or asthma, either for themselves or as a caregiver. If you’re interested in joining, please add a comment. I’d love to welcome you to the group. http://itchylittleworld.wordpress.com/blog-hop/
I am a writer who late in life discovered I can't eat anything and everything and feel well. Discovering what I can and cannot eat has been as liberating as the moment I realized I was a writer. Freedom of expression and ingestion...cha cha cha!
PS I recently began blogging about being the wife of a diabetic after discovering other diabetic wives blogging on this website. Sharing leads to greater understanding. Yeah!Yeah! Yeah!
PPS Not long ago I had part of my thyroid removed due to Hashimoto's disease and will be on thyroid hormone meds for life. Eliminating all the foods I have eliminated will actually help manage this autoimmune disease. I am thankful I finally know what caused my symptoms. HURRAY! No gluten, casein, soy, eggs, limited sugar and grains. Buckwheat is my baking substance of choice. it is not a grain.
