Snickerdoodles gf df...b-b-b-buckwheat style!

Had a hankerin' for got out my Betty Crocker Cook Book again and you guessed it...I adapted the recipe with ingredients I can have. YUMMY!

400 oven

1 cup Agave syrup

1 cup coconut oil

2 large eggs

mix well

2 3/4 cups buckwheat flour

2 tsps cream of tartar

1 tsp. baking soda

1/4 tsp. salt

mix it all up well

Roll into balls and roll the balls in 1/4 cup of turbinado or stevia sugar mixed with 2 tsp. cinnamon and bake on a sheet lined with parchment paper for 8-10 minutes then cool on a wire rack.
