I felt like having pureed soup again, but this time I took two cans of pinto beans and pureed them, undrained, with 1/2 cup water and some pepper and a little hot sauce. I added a few Schar crackers, a recent discovery, and what a tasty lunch I had.
The crackers are really delish...I did notice they have yeast in them and I don't do yeast but am making an exception because I was dying for a tasty cracker...and these are. Thank you Schar people!
Scraping wallpaper off the kitchen walls...ugh...I am not much of a home redecorator but I could not stand the walls in the kitchen...so I am scraping and there is no turning back now...
