I made polenta, topped it with homemade sauce with a side of roasted asparagus. Free of the things that make me feel icky...and oh sooooooooo delicious!

Polenta and sauce with roasted asparagus
I made polenta, topped it with homemade sauce with a side of roasted asparagus. Free of the things that make me feel icky...and oh sooooooooo delicious!
