Bob...you are fantastic!

While strolling the aisles of a newly revamped SUPER WAL-MART I spotted the words "GLUTEN FREE" and sure enough Bob's Redmill products are now on a shelf in the food section. I got excited and I grabbed a few bags, items I have not tried so far.

This morning I tried making waffles with his Gluten Free baking mix and they were crisp and tasty and oh my goodness it made me so happy...thank you, BOB!

It calls for an egg but I didn't use one and it calls for sugar but I didn't use any. I did put syrup on the waffles so I wasn't completely sugary free.

I look forward to trying the other recipes soon.

Have a good day!

Although I prefer baking homemade, it is still nice that options like this exist, and to think that Wal Mart is making GF something mainstream too... quite nice!

We do not have a "Super WalMart" near us (yet), but they are building one - or should I say upgrading a smaller store. Here's hoping it brings some price-competition to bear and makes GF more affordable too.

Enjoy those Bob's treats Lynn!

I thought about you today as I was perusing the baking section of my health food store. Imagine my joy when I saw that they had this mix ON SALE! Buy one, get one free no less!

I know, this is so politically-incorrect, but...YAY, WALMART! Glad to hear yours is carrying beloved Bob's Red Mill. Hugs!
