GF CF Tuna Noodle Casserole

Was craving some tuna noodle casserole, so what did I do...adapt, of course.

Boiled brown rice Tinkayada fettucini noodles (I broke then into small pieces), meanwhile melted Spectrum shortening, sauteed mushrooms, added some GF flour, stirred, added almond milk, sea salt and pepper, added GF SF tuna, frozen peas, heated it through...mixed together with pasta and then baked topped with crushed potato chip crumbs at 350 deg. for 30 minutes...ENJOY! I did...

Sounds good. I have never made tuna casserole or any type of casserole that I can recall for that matter. Actually, tonight I made cheeseburgers with fried onions and french fries but tomorrow will be a healthier meal I promise.
