Take a migraine maker and turn it into a coffee caker...


Voila! I tried that recipe for the chocolate snack cake minus the cocoa, substituted ground pecans for the cocoa, and skipped the frosting...like I said Voila!!!!!.......coffee cake and no head-ache!

Don't have to thank me...I do these experimental things for fun...I feel the best I have felt since "the procedure"...HUGS

The frosting...the frosting...ohhh, having to give up that surgary goodness, my favorite part of a cake. But you know, I'm thinking cake is like a good cuppa coffee. If the coffee is really good, you don't need any cream or sugar. So too, if the cake is really good, who needs frosting? Ya?
