A revolution can begin with one word change...mac n cash
Since I post so many experiments of mine with mac n cashew cheese I decided I might just start calling it "mac n cash" instead...think it will catch on? Caitlyn wrote in a comment that she doesn't care how many times I post about it but will she (or anyone else) approve of the proposed name change...stay tuned...

BTW, I do not have a food blog, only my somewhat neglected books and minis blogs. Basically I'm a reader, not a writer...lol. With so many wonderful gluten free/scd/allergy free blogs out there including yours, it's sort of like a why-milk-the-cow-when-I-get-the-milk-delivered-to-my-door in-a-bottle deal.So Lynn, don't stop milking the cow!
