I took ring bologna and pulled the skin casing off, sliced it thin and spread it out on top of cooked gluten free pasta that had almond milk whisked with cornstarch poured over it. Last, I spread shredded mozzarella alternative cheese (from rice but unfortuneatly it is NOT casein free) over the top and baked it uncovered for 25 min. at 375 deg. It is yummy! Fulfills my cravings.
