Bean dip and a corn chip...


I had a craving for dip and I don't do dairy or soy or tomatoes so I thought about making bean dip and that is what I did. I drained three cans of beans; black, kidney, and pinto, and then I processed them in the food processor with some powdered garlic, ground cumin, and hot sauce. I dipped corn chips in the bean dip and it made for a tasty satisfying lunch. Okay, so I had dip and chips for lunch...sue me. Better yet, try it. Mighty good!

Chips and dip are good anytime. I love the creations you come up with to satisfy your cravings and still stay clear of foods that will hurt you.

Thank you cateepoo! At times it seems challenging but then again it is simple...only so many ingredients to work with so in a way it makes it easier...hehe Hey, half full half empty...gotta make it work or be depressed all the time and I am never depressed now and used to be all the time so I know it was the foods I was eating (gluten) that was doing it...so now I am free! HUGS
