Going buckwheat and skipping grains with the exception of rice now and then is working for me; I am losing weight and have less of a problem with bloated stomach. So yes, it is working for me and I like it...it isn't like I am sacrificing anything but a poorer quality of life.
Buckwheat pancakes, bread, English muffins, snack cake, and soon I will try my hand at making buckwheat noodles. B-B-B- buckwheat power!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
