Buckwheat cinnamon buns

Just made some buckwheat cinnamon buns adapted from a recipe on I like them...buckwheat takes some getting used to, it is darker in color, has a different texture, but I love that it does not need Xanthan gum like other gluten-free flours, and I am loving the taste, but it does take some getting used to.

I love the sweet potato flavor for some of the sweetening...I used to love sweet potato pie.
