The guys were having grilled ham and cheese on rye and I thought it would be a good night to try baking the buckwheat pizza at NOURISHINGMEALS.COM. I mixed the dough and spread it on a large cookie sheet. I baked it 15 minutes then I put Daiya mozzarella flavored cheese and ham slices on top and then more cheese on top of the ham and baked it for another 10 minutes.
What I did after it cooled a little was cut it up and put one rectangular shaped slice on top of another so it resembled a sandwich. It was delicious and the leftovers were bagged up (see pic) and frozen to thaw at another time when I feel like having ham and cheese.
YUM YUM! Grainfree is not hard at all...as long as there is buckwheat flour available.
