KASHA BURGERS OMG
In my ongoing love of all things buckwheat I tried a recipe for kasha burgers that I found at cooks.com. check it out...KASHA BURGERS WITH KASHA SAUCE...oh yeah, of course I adapted mine...I used buckwheat flour for the flour and did not use soy sauce, added garlic powder and pepper instead...I sauteed sweet onions instead of scalions.
They look like burgers...it is incredible how much...and they taste delicious! I am going to melt some Daiya cheese and pour a little Imagine portabello mushroom soup over mine...oh soooooo good.
WHO NEEDS WHEAT, DAIRY, SOY, EGGS, and on and on and on...I HAVE BUCKWHEAT!
