Kettle Corn that is casein and salt free

I had a craving for kettle corn. I made the popcorn in the microwave (in an earlier post) and simply added a level teaspoon of sugar to the 3 Tab. of oil and the 1/3 cup of popping kernels. I set the large covered bowl on 6 minutes. You have to watch it at the end to make sure it doesn't burn. It was very satisfying...yum!

I had a craving for popcorn this weekend-maybe because it was cold and windy and wintery here. Your version sounds good--have you ever made any carmel corn?

I have in the past but steering away from dairy makes it hard to adapt caramel corn. I am in love with microwaving my popcorn though...it's GREAT!

I, too, love caramel flavors but have to be sugar, gluten and lactose free. Caramel corn is delicious! ANY RECIPES OUT THERE? THANKS!

Are there any recipes for a "mock" philo dough that is G/F, L/F, and S/f?
