BUCKWHEAT BUCKWHEAT BUCKWHEAT...who knew I was on the cutting edge...yes!!!!!!!!! PS just made up buckwheat chicken broth soup...took 1/4 cup cream of buckwheat cereal added to a can of Swanson chicken broth and salt, pepper, powdered garlic and powdered onion...microwaved in big covered bowl for 4 minutes...yummy.

Arrow Head makes great gluten free products. I use their "baking mix" as a thickening flour when I don't want to use corn starch. It really makes it easy for to not have to always ccok two different meals for the family.

I'm going to keep an eye out for the flakes.

Thanks Lynn!

I had to order mine because I could not find them...I bought a box a couple years ago and hadn't found any since.
We sure have a lot in common. HUGS

Hi Lynn,

I made Kung Pow Chicken over brown rice with stir-fry veggies on the side tonight. It was great and both kids had seconds.

BTW (La Choy Soy Sauce is made without wheat.)

Do you like chinese food?

Sounds yummy but i can't have soy either...it interferes with my thyroid...my list is long, gluten is one of the substances so i avoid soysauce...I opt for the white sauce like in chicken chow mein. So nice to connect with you, my dear. HUGS

La Choy brand soy-sauce doesn't have wheat in it.

I'm sorry are you not allowed to have soybeans as well as wheat?
