I took another bike ride today and was gone for 75 minutes. Maybe one of these days I will just keep riding...and never turn around, like Forrest Gump...I felt like Dupree...the "ness" ness...LOL.
I made some rice pudding with 2 cups of Minute Rice and 2 cups of rice milk and a conservative toss in of sugar and a jigger of vanilla and sprinkling of sea salt and a handful of seedless sulfite free raisins. I covered the big bowl and nuked it for 8min. It was a yummy treat after my pedaling.
